- A Funeral Consultant and staff to assist at the funeral
- Preparing and inserting notices in the press
- Liaison with clergy/celebrant
- Selection from a range of coffins and caskets
- Completion of all appropriate documents and certificates
- Order and delivery of flowers for the family tribute
- A hearse and other vehicles as required
- A memorial book for recording those in attendance
- Facilitating bereavement counselling and referral services - see Bethel Care Ministries
- Births, Deaths & Marriages registration and order of the death certificate
- Liaise with clubs, membership affiliations and service providers
- Notification to Centrelink or Department of Veterans’ Affairs
