Daughter of the late Fred & Margaret Rees, Glencoe SA. Wife of Keith, Mother of Miriam & Ailsa, Mother in law to Phil. Died peacefully at Elizabeth Gardens, who cared for her so beautifully.

A very sad occasion. My condolences to Miriam and her family.

Thinking of you Miriam and Ailsa in this sad time. Xx

Dear Keith, Miriam and Ailsa, I'm so sorry to hear of Margaret's passing. Margaret lit up any room she entered. She could talk to anyone about anything and you always felt like she was genuinely interested in you after speaking with her. I'll hold fond memories of late nights at your place in Mount Waverley running amok. I feel Margaret would have met up with Dorothy again by now and they'd be talking non-stop about how the family was and about the good old days at MLC. Love to all. Rod Patel

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I spent quite a bit of time chatting to Margaret at Elizabeth gardens and I know I'm not allowed to but she was one of my favourite people. She was always so lovely and polite, she enjoyed a few jokes and sassy comments, and loved seeing happy faces around her. We recently were able to paint a picture together and Margaret has a vision that she was able to produce, and it was a fantastic painting. Missing her heaps. Alex

To our lovely friend Keith, and Ailsa and Miriam, Whenever I think of Margaret, I see a smiling face. Even at times when she was suffering, Margaret greeted me with bright eyes and smiles. She never failed to be caring and compassionate towards me and many others. I shall never forget the letter of encouragement that she sent to me about 20 years ago when I was in hospital after breaking a leg. We have all lost a wonderful person and I grieve with you. With loving thoughts, Elizabeth
