Farewell Rhonda from your cot mate at Nurse Lovelocks hospital Port Kembla ,March 1934. RIP

It was with great sadness that we heard on Wednesday of Rhonda's passing. Rhonda and Laurie were wonderful friends and neighbours to us all at 'Caprice". They were such a help to Greg and I moving here with a young family some 24 years ago. Rhonda was such a lovely lady. Please pass on our sympathy to Laurie, knowing that he will be hurting deeply and missing his wonderful wife. Greg and Cathy Goodman

Dear Laurie and all the family. I was extremely saddened to hear of Rhonda’s passing. Without doubt one of the most humble, sincere persons I have ever known. An inspiration to all.

Gorgeous Families, my love and prayers are always with you, and now especially as you travel through this time. How beautiful that she is in the Fathers arms now, and we just know He'll fill your hearts too. Grace & Peace, Linda

I am so sorry that this message is long overdue - I only learned of Rhonda's death yesterday. I was a newcomer to Wollongong in 1973 when I joined the University staff. I met Rhonda through the Labor Party & so admired her - her gentle demeanour in those hectic years, her friendliness to a 'new' Aussie, her total devotion to her family & to Laurie. A gentle hug when we met on campus or in Woolies. Love to you all.

What a beautiful lady.... from Anita and George Clark (dec)
