When someone or something you love is taken away from you we experience this emotional suffering. The loss may be of a loved one, and relationship, a job or even a child moving out of home. Grief can impact our lives in various ways and be expressed through our emotions, behaviours and health. It is important to understand that the grieving process takes time, it is an inevitable part of life and is experienced differently by everyone.
